Check-in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Departing guests are required to vacate their room by 11.00am.
(After 11.00am a surcharge of £25 will be charged)

The hotel has no lift - please advise us of any disability so we can allocate suitable rooms on the ground floor.
