Sample Menu for Conferences


As we have a personal approach to hospitality we are able to be flexible regarding conference lunches. A working buffet luncheon may be taken in the Whiteside Suite or alternatively a two/three course meal in the restaurant. For events held in either the Francis or Elizabeth Suite the luncheon of your choice will be served in the restaurant.

served with a lemon butter hollandaise

sauted with garlic & herbs with a coarse mustard cream

encased in a filo pastry parcel set on a watercress cream
